About Sunny Villa

Sunny Villa is a small cozy hotel in Matemwe village.

The location is 30 meters from Matemwe beach on the east coast of the Zanzibar island.

There are three doublerooms, one double bed room and two upstair deluxe suites. The complete capacity of the hotel is max 20 quests. The hotel was build and opened in August 2023.

We welcome independet travellers asl well as the families with smaller kids.

We offer nice breakfast for each quest included. You can choose as well the half-body or full-body option and eat great food in the hotel restaurant. You can order fresh fish, calamari, octopus, prawns or of course local chicken or beef in bio quality.

You can enjoy one of the best beach of the islad which is situated about 30 meters direct from hotel. Close to village Matemwe you can find atoll Mnemba to where are on daily basis organized trips for snorkeling and swimmning with dolphins.

We can organize for you also many trips such as most popular: Trip to Stone Town, Prison Island, Nakupenda Snad Bank, Spice farms, Josani forrest ets.
